Do you support or require SMTP Authentication?

Yes, in order to connect to our outgoing servers to send messages, you must use SMTP authentication to connect to the server. In your mail client or mobile device settings, you should specify that your outgoing mail server requires authentication using the same settings as the incoming mail server, i.e., your full email address and password.
