How do I add my mailbox on an Android device?

To set up your email account on an Android device, please follow these instructions.

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap Accounts and then Add Account.
  3. Tap IMAP.
  4. Enter your email address.
  5. Tap Manual Setup.
  6. Enter your password.
  7. Tap Next.
  8. Under Incoming Server Settings, enter secure.greatmail.com for Server.
  9. Select SSL (Accept all certificates) or, if that’s not available, SSL/TLS for Security Type.
  10. Enter INBOX for IMAP Path Prefix.
  11. Verify Port is 993.
  12. Tap Next.
  13. Under Outgoing Server Settings, enter secure.greatmail.com for SMTP Server.
  14. Select TLS (Accept all certificates) or, if that’s not available, STARTTLS for Security Type.
  15. Enter 2500 for Port.
  16. Make sure Require Signin box is checked.
  17. Tap Next.
  18. Tap Next.
  19. Verify account name and your name to be displayed on outgoing mail. Tap Next.

Open mail application and verify your email synchronizes.
