How do I add my mailbox in Mailbird?

To set up your mailbox in Mailbird, please follow these instructions:

  1. Open Mailbird.
  2. Click Menu / Settings / Accounts / Add.
  3. Enter your name and email address and click Continue.
  4. Mailbird will respond that it has identified your server settings.  Click Edit Server Settings.
  5. Under Incoming server, select IMAP for Server type.
  6. Enter secure.greatmail.com for Server name.
  7. Enter port 993.
  8. Select SSL/TLS encryption.
  9. Verify your email address is entered for Username.
  10. Enter your mailbox password.
  11. Under Outgoing server, enter secure.greatmail.com for SMTP server.
  12. Enter port 2500.
  13. Select STARTTLS encryption.
  14. Verify Requires authentication is checked.
  15. Verify email address is entered for Username and password was autofilled from Incoming server.
  16. Click Continue.
