How do I add my mailbox on an iPhone?

Please follow these instructions to set up your mailbox on an iPhone:

  1. Find and select Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Mail (or Mail, Contacts, Calendars).
  3. Tap Accounts and Add Account (or just Add Account).
  4. Tap Other.
  5. Tap Add Mail Account.
  6. Enter your name, email address, password and a description.
  7. Tap Next.
  8. Select IMAP.
  9. Under Incoming Mail Server, enter secure.greatmail.com for the Host Name.
  10. Enter your full email address for the User Name.
  11. Enter your password.
  12. Under Outgoing Mail Server, enter secure.greatmail.com for the Host Name.
  13. Enter your full email address for the User Name.
  14. Enter your password.
  15. Tap Next.
  16. Device will verify settings.
  17. On the next screen, make sure the mail service is enabled with the mail service switch set to the right.
  18. Tap Save.
  19. You should be redirected to Mail Accounts. Tap your mailbox account.
  20. Under IMAP, tap your mailbox account.
  21. Tap Advanced.
  22. Make sure Use SSL is enabled.
  23. Enter INBOX for IMAP Path Prefix
  24. Set Server Port to 993.
  25. Tap Account to return to previous screen.
  26. Under Outgoing Mail Server, tap secure.greatmail.com.
  27. Under Primary Server, tap secure.greatmail.com.
  28. Make sure Server is enabled.
  29. Make sure Use SSL is enabled.
  30. Make sure Authentication is set to Password.
  31. Set Server Port to 2500.
  32. Tap Done.
  33. After your settings are verified click Account to return to previous screen.
  34. Tap Done.
